Mommy To Be

It has been sooooo long since I've updated this blog.  And to be honest, it's been just as long since I've been able to get much of any working out done.  As it turns out... I'm pregnant!  And I have had a terrible, terrible, first trimester.

Most of my exercises these days involve walking to get the mail, and if I'm feeling really spry... to the end of the block.  Unfortunately, too much activity makes my insides squirm, slosh and evacuate... so, I've spent a lot of time sitting on the couch waiting for the misery to end.

I'm now in the 2nd trimester (13 weeks) and feel comfortable announcing the impending arrival of a new workout-buddy.  Just a few more months, and I'll be able to get back into real life!  At least that's what I keep telling myself....
